Sean Fountaine

Executive Chef Sean Fountaine has been bestowing his culinary skills to our guests since the opening of Atlantis Banquets & Events in 2000. As a graduate of the renowned Johnson and Wales University, he began his career at several critically acclaimed restaurants in Nantucket, Palm Beach, New Orleans and Memphis before launching his own restaurant in Hampton Bays. In 2005 he earned the Certified Executive Chef Status from the American Culinary Federation. In addition to his work with us, he is also an adjunct professor at Suffolk County Community College in the Culinary Arts Department, specializing in food safety and international cuisine. In 2010 he participated in the EUHOFA International Congress at Johnson and Wales University. Most recently, Chef Fountaine was elected Secretary of the Eastern Long Island Chapter of the American Culinary Federation.
